2. Digital product nature
Wishfora products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase. Unless required by applicable law, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.
3. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops renewal for the next billing period. Access remains available through the already-paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Refund exceptions
We review refund requests for duplicate charges, proven technical failures that prevent delivery, or unauthorized transactions. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Request window and contact
Submit billing concerns within 14 days of the charge using the official Wishfora support channel. Include your order details and transaction receipt to speed up review.
